  • How do I purchase tickets?

    You can purchase tickets to any event by visiting the event’s page and clicking “Purchase tickets.”

  • What are the box office hours?

    Monday – Friday: TBD Saturday: TBD Sunday: Closed unless there is a performance that day.

  • When do doors open before a show?

    The box office will open two hours prior to the showtime. Will call and doors will open one hour prior to showtime; this includes shows on Sundays. Please be aware that latecomers may be seated in the rear of the theatre until intermission for certain performances.

  • Where can I park?

    There is a parking deck underneath the city hall and there is also one underneath the E Center, which are both adjacent to the theatre. Parking is also available along West Broad St.

  • Which days of the week do shows run?

    Shows will typically run on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Please check the individual event pages for more details.
