The Eagle Theatre is part of the City of Sugar Hill’s plan to bring the arts and entertainment into downtown. The city is currently experiencing a renaissance of sorts. Once considered a sleepy bedroom community, Sugar Hill has now come into its own. City Council and management have created an entertainment district that includes an award-winning outdoor amphitheater, The Bowl @ Sugar Hill, the E Center, which is home to unique restaurants and retail space and now the Eagle Theatre.
Built in 2018, The Eagle @ Sugar Hill’s architectural styling is a throwback to the early days of The City of Sugar Hill. The art deco look of the theatre is characterized by geometric shapes, rich colors and exquisite gold accents. With 406 seats, the Eagle is perfect for intimate performances as well as traveling shows.
The Eagle Theatre is home to the Players Guild @ Sugar Hill and the Broad St. Concert Band, both of which formed in 2014
